there was a boy called Daniel who lived in the street and he was a troublemaker. he lost his family when he was 4 years old because the bus was an explosion. After that time he grow up on the street with no one could help him. One day he found a box with something inside the box , he opened very slow like a snail when he opened inside was a cat!. After he opened the box he sale the cat and now he can’t be poor anymore because he can the things that he dident get to eat and be hot on his new house The End

Comparing Short Stories

Year 9 we are looking forward to marking your essays comparing Vendetta and The Schoolteacher’s Guest. We will set you a reading  task linked to short stories next week – if you have a favourite short story author you would like to research this is your chance to make a suggestion. You will be asked to read a short story, prepare a presentation for the class on the story and the author. You will be able to do this in pairs – if you have any suggestions why not leave a comment on this blog? We will be setting it up for Tuesday so please feel free to make suggestions!

EXT : In the North of the sad city stood mighty factories in which ( he was told ) sadness was actually manufactured, packed and send all over the world, which never seemed to get enough for it.
